Design of the new brand identity and multimedia strategy for its dissemination

Challenge

Clínica Rementería, 100% family-owned, is a medical institution in Madrid that has been offering comprehensive, personalized ophthalmological care for all stages of life since 1997. Its success is based on the constant search for medical excellence and the use of the most advanced technology in order to provide the best patient experience.

As the main objective of the campaign was to generate brand awareness, the challenge was to modernize and dynamize the brand for a more demanding patient, while preserving its prestige and status.

Solution:

The first step was the design of a new brand identity inspired by its corporate slogan “We cure eyes. We care people”. The deliverable was the new brand identity manual.

Secondly, we convinced Toni Nadal to join the campaign as Brand ambassador to reinforce and promote the values of commitment and trust, typical of this medical institution.

Finally, we designed an outdoor and digital media plan to maximize brand awareness and, at the same time, increase requests for first consultations on the website. Digital MUPIs, intercity buses and billboards were used as outdoor media. For digital, YouTube, programmatic, contextual display and social media.

Results:

Increased awareness and increased first consultation requests by 20%.
